yesterday, me, kayi, yihui, nora and aileen went to isabelle's house for her house warming party! haha we were supposed to meet each other at 7pm at tanah merah mrt but apparently, me and aileen were the only ones early! :)
the both of us were waiting for kayi when we saw that a train from pasir ris had arrived so we were craning our necks to lookout for her. throngs of people streamed out of the station and after 5 minutes, me and aileen gave up. our conversation went like this:
me:"is that kayi's train?"
aileen:"yeah i think so, she just messaged me 5 mins ago that she was at tampines"
me:"oh okay"
*LOOKING OUT*
me:"err... i think that's not her train"
aileen:"i dont know. maybe not"
THEN(after 10mins)
we saw miss kayi strolling out behind an OLD man. hahahaah. me and aileen were laughing like crazy. then after 7 mins, yihui and nora(plus schoolbags and files), came out. then we headed for exit b to take bus 14 to isabelle's hse.
by the time we reached the bus stop, it was already 7.18pm and i was getting flustered all over cos i had jokingly told isabelle that if we didnt reach her house by 7.30, we've probably been kidnapped and she said that she would laugh at us if we did.
we were so ji2 but after the bus didnt take too long to come. me, aileen, yihui and nora Plus reshma bought isabelle a shoe bag (yihui and nora kindly went to shop for it), while kayi bought a gift for isabelle herself. on the bus, nora and yihui suddenly realised that they had forgotten to peel of the price tag and got so frantic and so i had to peel it off haha. then at the 3rd stop we got off and had to cross this SUPER BUSY road. the 5 of us were standing in one straight line at the side of the road and the cars were zooming pass so fast that we stood there for a really long time, there was a elderly couple near us, also wanting to cross the road. then at one point of time, the 5 of us cldnt decide to cross so we were arguing. then nora was like:
"everyone, lets go. READY....GET SET... GO!"
and she didnt move. then the 4of us went:
"go nora you can go"
cos there was this really fast car heading towards our direction. then kayi looked across the road and she said:
"eh pple! the old people crossed the road already! hurry up cross lah"
all of us were quite surprised and all. haha. ohwells, but after a while, all of us dashed across the road. we had dinner (isabelle's parents catered food) and we met beatrice, joella c and isabelle's 2 TJC friends- xinci and dawn.
the 5 of us and isabelle were playing all sorts of funny games after dinner and it was damn funny when we started throwing isabelle's shorts around and dotting everyone. kayi was the official "bai2 chi1" for our dotting game and nora was the"bikini". aileen was so pro and didnt get a dot. haha. we all left at 10plus! yup thats abt all!
